Hey guys...
How do I go about ripping a video from a VCD? Can I just simply convert the .DAT files from the MPEGAV folder?
Does anyone know where I can download a free VCD ripper and converter program that processes ripping fast? Or at least if not converter, just the VCD Ripper, as I can probably convert the format through SUPER or something...
I have a few old VCDs that I'd like to convert to store in my hard drive...
Thanks...

Have you tried it on Vista? Does it run smoothly? -
Does anyone know any other software for VCD ripping/converting?
Or can I simply convert those .DAT files using a video converter?
VCD Gear looks a bit outdated and not sure if it supports Vista. I also saw another program called Apex or something but it's not free and trial has limitations...
How to Rip VCDs? Free VCD Ripper/Converter Program?
