Ok, i didnt relaize this would be a problem, so i dont know if anyone will kno how to help me this time...

Apparently i need to set permissions to a actual number, like 777.
Plus, to make it more complicated, i need to do it through WinSCP.
So, i think im on my own here, but if anyone knows how to do it, please tell me. Thank you very much.

Windows doesn't use octal (Unix) permissions. Are you working via FTP on files and folders sitting on a Windows Server box?

Just a little FYI - you can't set permissions on a Windows box with an FTP client. You can only set permissions on a Unix server with the CHMOD command.

You still haven't said WHERE the files are that you want to change the permissions on. If they're on a windows install, then no, you can't do it remotely or through an FTP program. If you're connecting to a Unix/*nix account through an FTP program, then yes you can set permissions (by right clicking), but the FTP program has to be a good one/one that supports this (like FlashFXP).
