I want to set a program process's priority automatically to real time when the program loads.
Anyone have idea on how to do this?

You can try to increase the priority of whichever application that is currently in the foreground.
. Control Panel -> System -> Performance
. Move the arrow to maximum. This would make the (all) foreground application to increase its priority.

I just want to increase the process prioirty of 1 program that's running in the background.

This is what I use; I think you would like it. It adds itself to Windows Task Manager. Under the downloads section it's the last one down. "prio.exe"
