Minor annoyance in Vista: my favorite key combo in Windows CTRL+ALT+DEL brings up a screen with way more choices than I need in Vista. I just want it to display the task manager. Any way to modify this behavior?

I hope there is, I hate how Vista does that as well.

Why? What else does it bring up when you hit ctrl + alt + delete?

You can lock the computer, shut down, restart, switch users....etc. It's basically the screen similar to the wake from Standby screen, except that it has the Task Manager option.

Not a huge nuisance, but it does bug.

Heh, I had forgotten about Ctrl-shift-esc.

Anyway, XP pro and, I believe, win2000 acted the same way. XP home was the only version where ctrl-alt-del brought up task manager. So, nothing really new (to me anyway).

That's all I ever use. Even XP's Ctrl+Alt+Del screen displays more than I need.
