    How to changing the look of Windows XP a little?

    So I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the appearance of Windows XP...picture more or less explains what I want done. Anyone know how? Google came up with nothing.

    When I go to "advance settings" all the boxes are greyed out and no matter which "thing" I go to they remain greyed out. hmmm? any idea?

    Click on the drop down menu where it says "desktop" and change it.
