    It's just the popul you want to get rid of? Not the actual blocking of programs? (The latter can only be prevented by disabling UAC entirely... One of my pet peeves with Vista)

    Is this the incompatibility popup? That is annoying. I would remove the program if that's the case. In my own experience though, I wasn't able to locate the program in the uninstall list so it would repeatedly return!!!

    Hopefully the disable notification method works if you're not able to uninstall it.
