    How to disable Com surrogate?

    i wnat to remove all EXIF from pictures inside properties windows but it always returns with error saying that COM surrogate is running so the request is refused.

    then I've disabled it in task manager but the same error still shows up.

    What the hell is Com surrogate and the most important is, how to disable it? Any negative impact of disabling it?

    I urgedly need to del some exif infromation exif from jpeg

    The dllhost.exe process goes by the name COM Surrogate and the only time you're likely even to notice its existence is when it crashes and you get the message COM Surrogate has stopped working. What is this COM Surrogate and why does it keep crashing? Click on the below link.....

    There are third party tools that can do that for you or you can just dump them on an Android phone and get a tool to do that. Explorer doesn't do a great job of removing EXIF data and often fails.
