    How to do clean install with upgrade disc? (W7)

    Hi, a while ago I saw a thread that teaches you how to do a clean install of Windows 7 using a upgrade disc directly without installing Vista first. I can't find the where the thread is anymore, can anyone help please? What I mean is that I want everything from my hard drive deleted such as no left over Vista (old Windows files) because to my knowledge, if I do an "upgrade" as oppose to a clean install, it will backup all my old files.
