I have Windows XP Home installed on my Eee PC 900 that I want to sell. I can't find the original OEM XP sticker that I used to install the OS with (I know, should have stuck it to the PC). The Eee PC came with Linux but I installed XP so it is a Newegg purchased XP Home.

I want to make it a legit sale, but can't find the key code sticker. The OS is installed on my PC, so I am hoping to either extract it somehow, but ideally I'd like to get a replacement sticker.

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks.

Try one of these to find the product key.

Awesome, thanks. Now will be the hard sell since I don't have the actual sticker (stupid me).

You could try contacting some of the Microsoft numbers listed on this site:

    http://support.microsoft.com/KB/326246

The site outlines how to go about getting lots of different replacements, including products key's and OEM installation media. It didn't specifically mention COA stickers, but it seems like it would be the same people to contact.
