    How to fix Toolbar layout in Windows 7

    It's already at the bottom of the screen.
    It's just that the Start button is slightly at the bottom of everything else, and that the buttons on the right of the taskbar used to be on one line; now they occupy 3 lines of space.

    The taskbar is one notch taller than it is normally. To resize you just click on the top of it and drag it toward the bottom of the screen.

    i was gonna say check if 'lock the taskbar' option is unticked...but since it worked..great.
