I need this resolution because A game I play has a very small screen size, I change the resolution to 800x600 and it is still a bit small for me but it's bearable.

    So does anyone know how?

You should be able to right click on the game executable, and in the popup properties window you should find an option to force 640x480 mode.

I play CS on 800X600 because the head of Terrorist looks bigger & easier to give headshot..
