    How to make an embedded video open in a new window?

    If I get the code from a Youtube video to embed it in a webpage, how can I make it so that when someone clicks it, it opens in a new tab? (instead of the same window)

    As a user, you can click the title bar of the embedded vid and it opens a new window.
