Is there any way to make the dreamscene play when I hold my mouse over the aero peek button and NOT CLICKING on it?

Also does anyone know of a program to add black bars to the top and bottom of 1280x720 youtube videos to convert it to 1280x800 without streching the video?

Why do you need the bars? 720p vid on my 1280 X 800 screen doesn't stretch. Presuming you've downloaded the vid, if you add the bars you will have to re-encode it. The video quality will suffer. You could play it in VLC or Media Player Classic and crop it to avoid the stretch. If you really want to add the bars and make it a non standard resolution, I'd use AVIDeMux.
