    How to move the taskbar to the top of the screen ?

    Point on the taskbar, right click and hold and drag :D

    Doesn't work..maybe because I have "auto-hide taskbar" turned on ?

    vista: right click on taskbar, "unlock", drag, "lock" again.

    win7: right click, properties. chose "top"

    then it depends if your taskbar is locked (which it should be, to not accidentally move it sometimes, as well as not moving quicklaunch around, etc.. tons of things)

    right-click and 'lock taskbar', after you positioned your stuff at will.

    If the taskbar is locked , you cannot move it, it is always left-click to move the TB , try it out ..

    yes, i know. but it's always RIGHT-click to lock and unlock the taskbar (and by default, it's locked on vista, win7)...
