I have a video that was taken on a phone, it is taken sideways so I want to rotate it by 90 degrees to make it looks straight. I tried using Nero Video to rotate it but when I do so, even if I select the highest quality, the quality looks so much worse than the original.

    Any suggestions?

I do have Adobe Premiere Pro 2018 installed but never used it, is it easy to flip a video with Premiere whilst retaining the quality? a simple guide would be highly appreciated.
