I use the built-in Windows Sticky Notes and wanted to move the ones I had to my new laptop. I found this helpful and thought I'd share!

Quick note. The path didn't exist on my new laptop, but only because I had never opened Sticky Notes. Once I opened it, the path appeared and I was able to copy my old StickyNotes.snt file over to my new laptop. Hope this helps somebody!
