    How to turn SoundMAX built-in microphone OFF?

    My built-in microphone stays on all the time even after I insert a 3.5 mm plug into the MIC audio-in jack. It is supposed to turn the mic OFF.

    This means the MIC is ALWAYS ON! This may be a hardware problem or a SoundMAX software problem.

    Is anyone else having this problem?
