I have a windows Xp Sp3 based system at my work place. Due to some odd reason the Windows messenger 4.7 which was already included with windows shows up everytime i restart my system. As i don't use it i want to remove it from the system.
I tried to disable it from startup program entries but somehow it shows up every time i restart the machine.
Is there anyway i can justremove it completely

Just go to the control panel. And than ''software'' and on the left side should be something like 'remove windows features'' .. untick windows live messenger.
