    HI.

    I have:
HP nc6000 with 2nd HDD caddy and 7200rpm SATA drive inside
    Windows 7 on both HDD's
    UDMA2 on 2nd HDD
UDMA5 on primary HDD 5400rpm IDE

    What I want:
Increase UDMA on 2nd HDD caddy using HDParm

    Question:
    How????

YES. I did it. Had to very carefully reread all that dark thread and finally found the proper link on hdparm for Windows 7. Even though you most likely deleted subscription I am grateful because I used your post. Read speeds increased. However I have couple problems: I send commands using modified shortcut on hdparm-bat file.
