    How would I password protect all downloads?

    My sister has a habit of downloading junk and messing up the PC. How would I password protect all downloads or completely block downloads?

    Look into parental controls for IE / Firefox.

    I went to the parental controls for IE8 but it just sends me to parental controls for Windows and the only options thay have are time limits, games, and specific programs.

    Got it working. Needed to download Windows Live Family Safety.
