    Not sure where should I post this...
    anyways, I have a sony PEG-TJ37, i was trying to use hotsync to install the mp3 player program into my palm, but there was a connection problem, i am use the hotsync provided by sony( it came with the pda), i did it once before but i can't do it again.
    Please help, here's the settings
    XP pro (disable all firewall, anti-spy,virus already)
    HotSync 4.0.1
    Local USB
    Try everything the manual already, doesn't work.

    Help!!!
