    Huge desktop icons in vista

    Is there any way to decrease the icon size in vista? it's currently set at the lower of the two dpi settings and they still seem really big. I also have it set at the largest screen resolution

    Right click on Desktop->View->and choose the size you want.

    Thanks! i don't know how i overlooked that

    Also, is there anyway to remove the shortcut arrows from the icons? i know you could do it in xp with tweakUI

    I think you can do that with TweakVI.
