My laptop is DELL XPS M1330. The Raxio DE can not find a dish while Explorer can recognize that disk.

I can play games, films but i don't know why I can not burn DVD. Anybody can help this problem.

    Tks a lot!

I have the same problem. Have no idea what happened? I use to be able to burn DVD's just fine. But today, my Sonic RecordNow kept telling me to insert a blank DVD. I did that about 5 times. Kept replacing the DVD with a different blank disc but got the same message.

Downloaded disc juggler and got the same message. What happened?

'Yeahit', definitely try what 'qhn' suggested in the microsoft support article. Roxio is famous or infamous for creating that issue. Deleting the upper and lower filters usually fixes the problem. I have had the same problem in the past also.
