So I have Windows vista home premium, I dont know how to upgrade to SP 1 or if i already have it or not. I dont know how to check and when I asked microsoft's support site they were horrible they took over 10 min just to process my name and phone number and every question I had they were taking like 30 min to respond. So here it is guys maybe u can help me out.
Where would I find out (Step by step) If i have vista SP 1?
How do I download Vista SP 1 (Link would be nice) My OS Windows vista home premium. 32bit.

control panel>system>look at the top 'windows edition'
it will say service pack 1 if you have it.
DL the standalone here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...6d-5ebb-413b-89c9-cb3d06d12674&DisplayLang=en -
Thanks a lot man, WAY faster than the official support, Btw this is the full SP download right, Looks like it will take a hour or so.

If your computer is not automatically detecting the SP1 download then there might be a reason why. There are some conflicts with some drivers so Vista will not display the SP1 download if you have those drivers.
I cant find a way to get vista SP 1
