I deleted and it's nowhere to be found. The program stil works but I no longer have a shortcut. It's not under start-programs either. How do I get it back?

I think I like that question...

Find a file named "winword.exe" with Windows Search then make a new shortcut to it on the desktop (right-button > sent to > desktop)

Most likely go to My Computer > Local Disk > Program Files > Microsoft Office > Office 10 (or whatever version you have) > find the icon that says winword....right click on it and say create shortcut.....it will create the shortcut in the current folder...then just drag it whereever you want it!

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11

or whatever version of Office you have installed on machine

find the "WORD" file - it has nice icon
RIGHT-mouse click - select "Create Shortcut"
then place this new shortcut at convenient place

    good luck !
