Was it the latest updates? How do I enable it again?

Update: Okay so got it to enable snipping, but what is odd is that the old key command for snipping no longer works, and the keep command for an instant saved full screen shot to a folder is now what is the snipping command. How to I revert this to be what it was?

Update, Oh geez, it was the fact that I accidently disabled the windows key.

Winkey + PrtSc enables Airplane mode on my Win 10 PC. Are you using a different version of Windows?
