    With many programs when you download it you have to run an .exe or .msi file to do the install. If you start the install process, pause it then open task manager and look for the process that is running. Next search your hard drive for the file(s) which will probably be in a temp folder under your profile. Then cancel the install and see if you can move the files to another location.
    What program are we talking about??
