Do you have a question, or did you just want to tell everyone that you dual boot XP and Vista?

You can still use DX9 in Vista. If thats the only reason for dual-booting, you just wasted your time.

bog, vista's a big resource hog, that's why im gonna play crysis on dx9 on it :D anyway, i had vista installed first, then i made a new partition and installed xp on that. afterwards, i booted vista from the installation disc, then selected repair my computer. after it's done checking all that stuff, don't restart the computer yet. press continue or something then click on "fix windows boot" or something, then it'll install the windows vista boot into the bios. after that, install easybcd and add a new profile, select the drive, then make the os windows xp. there you go. xp and vista dual booted :D

In the best of times, XP only outperforms Vista by 2-3 frames per second when it comes to gaming.
