Is it really worth it... I was having problems upgrading with 32bit... is there a chance it would be better with 64 bit?

... you're going to have to be a tad more specific in regards to your problems and whether or not they would be better with 64 bit, but I would doubt just switching from 32-bit to 64-bit would alleviate a problem.
Give 7 a shot I guess, just run a dual boot setup. -
With the sheer amount of threads you've started about this, I highly recommend sticking with what you have. Or maybe rolling back to an abacus.

Sorry it just seems no one has the answers for me you know... lol.... I am thinking the problem I had was that I had programs that weren't compatible like my antivirus.. I kept getting the blue screen of death due to some Kernal problems, I'm thinking that reason though is that I used a virtual drive to install 7... Could that explain my problem?

nothing after or before W7

No problems with the original 32bit... the 64 bit ultimate I have know is working great... but I am a gamer and when I did have windows 7 installed it worked brilliantly, I was able to record with fraps and have no stutters while doing so, I couldn't do this with vista before it... the 3d accelerator is great

i would stick with vista because w7 rc's will expire in may next year
-
I'd stick with Vista.

facing the same dilemma... wondering if i should dump vista and wait for windows 7 to go official. trying out the RC now... seems good. but just worried about the support.
-
I say hold on to Vista, and wait for a final W7 next year. How much will you guys benefit making the switch? If you want to play around with it, just dual boot, or boot from a usb.
I am waiting patiently with my Vista. I think it's just too risky to make the move on a primary computer. What if next year comes and instead of moving to a new W7 you end up having to downgrade to Vista for some reason.
I ran it on an old harddrive, and although it looks pretty sweet, and seems stable, it's really not worth it (yet). -

I would wait for the final version. I did a duall booting and am regreting now so just stick with your vista.

.... Well all it's too late I upgraded to 7 through a 64bit.... and it's working flawlessly now... I guess th problem was with the 32bit OS at least on my comp... Well thanks anyways, windows 7 is awesome
I just spent an hour installing vista ultimate... Should I really go to 7?
