    Hi!
I have a problem on my laptop. I have sony vaio laptop VPCEH13FX.
I've tried to restore with recovery discs.
However the discs are damaged, so I can't complete restoring.

If you have recovery files for VPCEH13FX series, can I have the recovery files??

    Via torrent, email or whatever.

I've tried to use the mode that press f10 when sony logo appears.
It is not working for me.

my email address is [email protected], and I will appreciate if you send any help.

    Thank you for reading this.

I don't think users on here can send you their recovery cd as it mcontains their COA on it and would violate their usage rules and would blacklist them from upgrading. So your most likely to contact Sony laptop support and reorder the recover cd/dvd and recovery your O/S and programs that match your registration.

Try burn a copy of the damaged DVD with a different DVD burner. Some can read through errors on discs more easily than others.
