I would like to have my media player on top of all other windows, without it disappearing when I click on any other window. I would appreciate any help with this. Thanks.

Go to options and set it to always be on top of other windows? Should be the case with most of players.
-
well this is a streaming player. it has no options or a toolbar.
-
Which player is it?
-
it's on nba.com. i use it to watch live NBA games. i think it uses windows media player, but there is no options or anything like that to have it stay always on top
-
Does it play in your web browser? Coz that's what I'm doing right now. Unless there's something I've overlooked. If there's a direct link, I might try it out first and tell you my finds.
-
well, I found out it uses the flash player, but stil cannot find any setting for always on top. I can't give you a direct link because it's through NBA leaguepass broadband, which requires login id, and password.
-
No problem then. Hope you find a way though~

Probably uses the move media player, which runs on flash.
-
Does it run in a separate browser window/popup? This might work...

PowerMenu (above) looks like a good option. AlphaXP also offers this, but only in the non-free version. It actually looks extremely similar to what PowerMenu offers, so if that's all you want, I'd try with Nebelwand's suggestion.
I need help finding a program, with a window always on top feature
