Contact FireFox support or go to their site to look for more on this about cookie transfer. I did a simple google search I found two help thread from Firefox forum. And sometimes look at FireFox forum site for what your asking would get a answer to the question as well.

check out "cookies manager" in the Firefox addons. I think that's the one I used before and it worked fine.

In your user folder on your current computer (C:\Users\yourname), go into the App Data folder. If you can't see it, enable the "Show hidden files and folders" option. Underneath both the Local and Roaming folders, there are folders named Mozilla. Copy both of those to the new machine, placing both folders in the exact same place. If those folders exist on the new machine already, delete them before you copy them to the new computer, so you don't end up with a mix and match of data.

What should happen when you open Firefox on the new computer is it should be exactly like it was on the old one. Homepage, Add ons, Bookmarks, Theme, etc.....
