Now, as you can see in the attached file, I have several folders opened in my taskbar, opera and HWMonitor.
Now, say I`d like to have Opera first, and not HWMonitor, could I force-slide the box for opera in the first place in the taskbar instead of HWmonitor?
Kinda like moving a tab in Opera into another position...

I have always been able to unlock the taskbar, re-order the icons via simple drag-and-drop, and re-lock the taskbar and have the order persist.
The open programs show in the order opened. -

For the taskbar you definitely need the programs presented above. Pretty neat, it`s just one of those things that you have to have in a certain way
