Is it possible to run two mice, two keyboards, and two monitors separately on the same computer?
For example, can two people use the same computer???
I ask this because back then, obviously this wasn't feasible because computers were barely fast enough to run their own operating system and multitask, but now hardware has come such a long way that the latest hardware probably IS fast enough to do this if it is indeed possible.

You can connect two mice, two keyboards, and two monitors, but you only have one cursor, so that idea wouldn't work on a standard Windows installation. I'm sure someone has thought of this idea before and come up with some program though...

Here's one example for Linux that allows 2 users on one PC, with two monitors/keyboards/mice, called Userful Multiplier. -

The computer is not designed to be used this way. My alternative is to use an old PC/Notebook and RDP into a new, powerful machine so someone can work on the machine itself yet I can work in the background using the old machines display/keyboard/mouse. -
Here's a free software solution for you.
