I have set it up as the default profile and also did the same under advanced > change system default
but when I restart, the profile doesn't load as I notice my screen is kinda more whitish as if the color profile wasn't applied.
I have to go there every reboot then uncheck the Use Windows Calibration then check it again for the ICC profile settings to be loaded
This is on Windows 10 Pro
how can I make them actually load automatically upon restart
I googled this and many have the same issue

displaycal profile loader
install displaycal, run once, then exit (after downloading argyllcms)
you will have color wheel icon on the taskbar, right click that and it will give option for "profile associations"
now can assign a particular icc to a display, so profile loader will check if the display is using the assigned ICC profile and force it if needed be
note that this does not work with madVR, you need separate calibration for madVR (3dlut) and I recommend doing that on your primary movie-watching screen
