I can still open the desktop version of internet explorer on my win 8.1 laptop.

But for some reason, the start menu icon, and the non-desktop version of IE no longer shows up/works for one of the laptop users (the other user has no problem, just one user account).

Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

Do you by any chance live in Europe and have installed Browser Choice update?
