For the past week when I click on a link at the top of my browser to my inbox in hotmail, I am not getting the updated inbox. For instance, right now in my inbox there is an e-mail from last night that I already deleted.

I used to get the updated inbox, but I do not know what has changed.

Try deleting Browsing History, Temporary Internet Files and cookies.
How do you like Windows 7?

EDIT: I was reading fast and thought you were running Win 7 (instead of IE 7) sorry. The recommendation is still valid though.

Tried that. Also tried going into Internet Options>General>Settings >Check for newer versions of stored pages > Every visit to the page
