    IE/Firefox issue (semi-dumb question?)

It's not a huge issue.. but I find it annoying.

Recently, I've noticed animated gifs are not animated on my machine. I normally run firefox 1.8.0.1 and I think this occured with the last firefox update. However, I loaded up IE and found the same problem. So now I'm confused.

The gifs are all visible but are locked onto a random frame, instead of being animated. I don't remember changing any settings..

Like I said, psuedo-dumb question, but it annoys the heck out of me. Any help resolving it is appreciated.

You might get better luck at the Firefox forums on the Mozilla site. They're pretty good at resolving Firefox related issues that occasionally pop up. But make sure to do a forum search for your answer first (they can be ruthless about n00bs coming in and not searching first).
