    IE better than FF3 in one regard...

    ... smoother scrolling with embedded videos. Anyone else notice it, or how I can improve it?

    I remember this being mentioned before.

    Its actually a setting in your graphics card options as I remember for the M1730. Which is funny as its the last place people are likely to look for it!

    Thanks. Not many options in my graphics card. Nothing I can see that would affect scrolling. It's not something I can't live with but still...

    Adding SmoothWheel add on didn't help.

    Try addon 'Yet another smooth scrolling'.

    By the way, Opera has better scrolling than FF or IE. It's also much faster.

    I agree, the scrolling in Opera is vastly superior to the default scrolling in FF and IE, although I heard there is a plug-in for FF to get Opera-esque scrolling.

    Except for this particular problem, I don't have one with FF. I tried Opera briefly but wasn't enthused. I may try it again.

    I personally dont like the scrolling in Opera. For my surfing routines, it is a bit too fluid
