I have about 2000 entries left in my restricted zone list in IE7, and when I go to remove them in internet options > security they delete - but show up back in the list the next time I open it up. I've also tried removing them with the program ZonedOut, with the same effect. Any idea what could be causing this? I'm trying to remove entries added from IE-SPYAD and Spybot Search and Destroy years ago and just get it totally cleaned out. I've used spybot's own undo feature for its immunization utility, and I think everything from that part is gone - now it's just these 2134 IP addresses and domains that keep reappearing in the list.

EDIT: Was able to find an .inf file that removed them all called deldomains.
