I believe IE8 has issues with smooth scrolling, scrolling is very erratic (jerky). I thought it might be video driver related but I have tried several Vista and Win 7 drivers including the latest 185.85 WHQL from nVidia, but still problem persists. Anyone else notice this?

Nope. No such issues with IE8 on XP or Vista32.

I noticed a drop in scrolling smoothness when I moved to IE8 (from IE7) but it wasn't huge.

I switched to Firefox because of this scrolling issue in both Vista and Windows 7.

Does this make any sence to anybody, I installed the Intel(R) ICH9M-E/M SATA AHCI Controller driver and IE scrolling has much improved.
