Anyone else try this free software? It stops unnecessary processes and made my 10 year old laptop feel quicker! I can't comment on how well it helps gaming. I used it just to breathe some new life in this tired old soldier :)Watching the processes in Task Mgr while starting the program shows you what its doing. Some of the processes restart, but their memory usage stays low. I thought it might affect my wireless connection, but everthing seems to be working fine. BTW, I had already turned off (or set to manual) all the services I could without causing "issues" :)
    Just thought I'd share.

It looks like one of those utilities that unload some extra stuffs whilst gaming. Could be helpful for some, but many gamers probably rather tweak their own systems.

    cheers ...

That's what it is intended for, but in the process it made my laptop quicker (much quicker) while surfing the web, etc.

IOBit has a problematic track record imao since the recent ruckus around their theft of Malwarebytes'Antimalware signature files, for their security program IOBit Security 360.
Be careful with programs from such outfits.
