I need to be able to log the IPs of visitors to a particular web page. I'd like this to be done discretely, so no visual notification such as "Welcome! Your IP is a.b.c.d !"

Regarding the design of the site, is there some sort of code/script I can use for this? This is an urgent matter but this is a little above my expertise.

If you need to PM me, please do.

If you just want to see the location of them you can use google analytics. It transforms the ip's into locations. I know there are other ways to do what you want, but i have never done them or know how.

any web tracking tool does this. Google Analytics of course being the most ubiquitous.
