    I think what he means is, since it looks like a shortcut on your desktop, have you tried going to where the original .exe is, and creating a new shortcut to your desktop?

    At least, it look's like your desktop, I don't know if those are the actual images of the original .exe.

    Yes it is my desktop, but the fix from post #2 worked. Problem solved. Thanks post #2.
