Whats the best way to format and prep in W7 for Mac OSX? I hear Mac OSX is fat32 and not NTFS?

I put in my created W7 disk and its not even giving me the option to format!!! It goes to the install screen and only other options is restore at earlier point, no format!

It should format when it installs. That's part of the install process.

Why would you want to? Fat32 is fraught with issues when the OS does not shut down properly. NTFS is MUCH more robust and secure as well. Stay away from Fat32 unless you have a very compelling reason to use it.

But when i put in my Windows 7 created disk if it formats, it automatically puts W7 back on. I just want to wipe it clean and thats it. Is there no way to do that with the disc? Or in Windows 7 desktop itself?

ill keep my drive NTFS i just want to wipe it clean.

Osx uses a different partition scheme then windows does.. HFS i believe... it should ask if you want to format you drive when you start the osx install

Parition wizard will also create multiple partitions on the same drive,,then format the created partitions with the file system of your choice. . Use Partition Wizard Free edition as a boot disk. Can do the same thing from Windows 7 with standard install as program. Watch this video to create mulitple partitions from partition wizard in Windows 7.
