I like making animated gifs from episiodes/movies/etc. and I normally use ImageReady to import and find the frames.

But for some reason, it doesn't work now, the compressor(For Quicktime?) is not found or something, that error popped up once, the 1st time and never appeared again.

There is no video only audio and when I select frames, its only white screens.

This had happened before but back then it would not load the file at all, it loads fine now, but I just can't get video.

It worked fine up until recently, so I was trying to find the compressor, but I don't know which one or where to look. I tried Apple's support site but didn't find anything.

    Help?

    Thanks

I don't use ImageReady that much, but did you try to re-install Quicktime. Maybe it will install the compressor.

Be sure that you have the latest version of QuickTime, they released one not too long ago.

Have you tried System Restore? That's always a good quick-fix.
