I bought this laptop of a friend. I wanted to have a fresh OS so I went into Dell DataSafe & created 3 dvd disc. I have set the laptop to run from the DVD 1st but as soon as it finishes Loading Windows Files it shuts down. I have even tried to use the system restore. When this section opens I select " Restore your entire system to a previous date or to the factory state". the laptop starts doing the same as before. Any help at all to point me in the right direction. Although I have everything by the book.
