    Hi all,

I just bought a refurb. Gateway P-7811 laptop. I made a recovery disk, but when I tried to install a clean copy of Vista Premium, it installed all the bloatware/junk that came with the gateway. Is there a way to install without all the junk, or do I have to uninstall it all? I have a dell vostro vista home premium OS disk which I think installs clean, but can I do it somehow using the Gateway software?

thanks in advance for the information!

    Tom
