I just installed Win 7 Pro on a clean 500GB HDD. I partitioned 60GB for Win 7 and programs.
Now when I check 'My Computer' It shows my hard disk to only contain the C: drive with a 60GB capacity, but no other space shows up. Obviously I missed something somewhere...

It has been about 8 years since I last did an OS install on a PC so I am out of touch. Please help!
    Thanks.

Edit: This is an existing Lenovo T61P Laptop bought about 2 1/2 years ago. I am replacing the HDD and OS only. All other components are remaining the same.

Go to Control Panel> Administrative Tools> Computer Management and then Disk Management. create partitions using the unallocated space you left there while installing Win 7.

Alternative path is to right-click on Computer and select Manage.
Keyboard users can just press Win key and type manage +enter.
