Can I make a bootable TinyXP image on a USB?

    If so, how?

Or if someone could suggest a lightweight linux distro that would let me:
    a) browse with Chrome
    b) Run tinyXP in a VM

    that would be good too

I do not think talking about a cracked os is allowed on these fourms

but there are quite a few linux distros that run fine from flashdrives such as ubuntu and the like

Sorry, as texanman pointed out, TinyXP is a cracked version of Windows and is illegal to discuss here.
But if you want to make a bootable USB based Windows from a legal version/copy, you can do some searches about it.
